What would you do if you were me? the last woman I slept with, I was always able to get very very hard but I haven't had sex with anybody since I started using finnasteride 7 months ago so I dunno how I would perform now. For those who are unaware, finnasteride is the best thing for maintaining hair on the market. My hair transplant surgeon said it would give me about a 60-70% chance of not losing any more hair. I've lost a good amount of hair but I have very thick/wavy hair texture so most people still think I have good hair (when I was a kid, I basically had a giant jewfrow with the thickest hair you've ever seen, I couldn't even comb it). I just got a hair transplant done with about 12K total hairs added so once it grows in (takes 5-7 months), it will look really excellent.

I dunno what to do. Is it normal that i don't get morning wood and random boners anymore? that I have to stroke myself to get hard?

I've missed around with cialis once or twice and it got me very hard very easily but do I want to keep using that forever? I'm afraid of these side effects progressing worse and worse and then I can't get hard at all

I have BPH (enlarged prostate; I've had it since my teens ). I take Terazosin now, and it's great (a bit of an effect like Sildenafil ), but I've tried Finasteride. The problem with Finasteride is that you could get orgasms that shoot blanks, and which don't relieve the sexual tension. I tried it a few days and came to the conclusion that it was worth it. Terazosin, OTOH, when taken before ejaculation can really draw out the fluids from the prostate, and thus I highly recommend it.

In addition, take this supplement and you'll be fine with your current hair and regrow your missing hair. I lost a good amount of hair in my crown and temple areas a few years ago. All has grown back and I have nice thick hair again. No gray either.

my situation is so strange because the majority of guys who say that finnasteride gave them side effects said it massively affected their sex drive

I can't find any stories of anybody who still had a raging sex drive (which I do), no problems ejaculating and normal thick semen but may be struggling more than normal with erections/morning wood

If my sex drive remains very strong, what are the odds that it will get any more difficult to get an erection? Isn't the mechanism for an erection 100% based on your level of sexual arousal?

i also lose hair and been taking 10mg of biotin a day for 2 months, didnt help

My dermatologist recommended this supplement to me along with the Finasteride/Minox spray and it works for me. Nothing is 100% for all. However, others I suggested it to use the same regimen and it works for them.

Just left my dermatologist's office. He doesn't agree with you on the spray having the same side effects as the pill. I've been on it for 4 years, my sex drive is still very high @ 42 with your "morning wood" as you put it so eloquently. Perhaps you are stressed out or not eating right. Or low on certain vitamins or minerals.
