I recently got a home weight set and have been working out for the past month or so. I have been regresssing instead of progressing i feel. I started out doing 6 reps of 90. After that i could not do more than 4 or 5. I went up and got a max of 115 maybee a week after i started. Now i can barely do 2 90s and got a max of only a 100. Any ideas on what i should change? Im thinking its my protein intake but im really not sure any help will be appreciated.
