"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

So, I had a bunch of bs planned out for this summer but I ended up crashing my mountain bike and messing up a disk in my back. I felt pretty bad for awhile but then I decided to take up reading and set up some goals in improving myself.

I'm 19 and I've been a clueless BAFC until now. I went through depression and social anxiety... I climbed my way out of that **** but I'm still lacking in social skills.

I've made a ton of progress. I used to be scared to leave the house and now I'm perfectly comfortable in public and talking to people I know and clerks and stuff. I've even found myself flirting with some clerks. Only recently have I tried talking to strangers and it's difficult to say the least.

I'm going back to college on Monday so I figure I'd start Bootcamp today.

I've read a lot of stuff here and some of david deangelo's (sp?) stuff.

I know I'm capable of dropping this whole wussbag mentality but I also know it's not going to be easy. Specially considering all the flack I get from family and friends everytime I try to change myself.

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

I remember when I first started to read this sort of info when I was 17. You almost become ravenous for the knowledge.

Best of Luck

Read the DJ bible, practice, and learn to hold conversations without worrying about gaming or C&F first. Then, work on frame control and being C&F. Finally, begin to establish a "routine stack" of your own that you are congruent with. Do this and you will be further along than most.

Week one of bootcamp started on Thursday.

I approached one girl and made an ass out of myself but who cares it was practice. I'm only up to 7 hi's and it's been 2 days. Eye contact isn't hard but getting myself to smile at strangers is a pain in the ass.

I go back to college Monday. I got to get laid before going back to school. I don't care how. I just gotta do it now or I know it's going to be 10x more difficult once school starts.

It's amazing how confidence can fluxuate. Sometimes I feel angry about my situation and I feel like I can take on anything and other times I feel like a huge wuss.
