"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Hi Guys,
Suffice to say I'm new to this forum, but I'm not gonna bore you guys with to much of my story.

There's been this girl who I've been interested in for the past few months, and we've been getting closer and closer over the past few weeks (even though she had a boyfriend) she started to confide in me she wasn't sure about her relationship, and I said to her "so that means your starting to get bored" and she said "yeah but I don't want to sound like a *****," she said she felt like they weren't really going out, that they would just hang around each other and that's it (they wouldn't even hold hands, he never called her, they'd only talk outside of school on Facebook). I told her that she should probably talk to him about it, not to just keep dragging him along if she wasn't interested, she said she would talk to him. The next day she comes and tells me she spoke to him and they were 'taking a break'
The next week we had work experience and I called her on around Tuesday and we spoke for a good 4 - 5 hours, I went through my credit, she went through hers, and the conversation would have still held out if it wasn't for her home phone batteries dying. She sent me a text, and we met up the next day in town when she was finished. On the phone she was telling me I would be the best boyfriend, that she could tell by the way I talked, I was different from other guys, it was refreshing etc. The whole conversation was flirty, and I got her to wear a blue clip in her hair for me the next day when we met up. The thing is for the past few weeks we've been talking a lot like that, and it feels like theres a lot of chemistry going on between us, but theres just this other guy in the way and shes all confused.
Back to present, so this guy is dumped, but she still sort of likes him, and we've been talking a little less. The thing is there's this other friend of mine, who I'm pretty tight with, and he's been becoming better and better friends with her lately, and its complicating the situation. He seems to be talking to her more than I am as of late and her interest seems to have dropped a little and is leaning towards him. I've had a lot of personal sh*t going on for the past 5 months, and its been taking a toll on my confidence, but I need to be able to regain her interest. I feel like I've written a lot of sh*t but any help would be appreciated.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

You said the chemistry is there,Why didn't you do something?
Ask her on a date? Get it over with.Make it fun and memorable.Kiss her.Done.

If it didn't work out like that,You NEXT her.

Easy formula.

Sounds like you've been stealthily friendzoned. I don't know a lot but I know never to talk to girls about boyfriends

This whole post has one commone theme throughout: It's REACTIONARY. You're not leading and you're waiting for her permission to make any moves. Assume she likes you. All you have to do is kiss her (fast), how you go about it is up to you.

Seems all noobs start in the same situations, weird.

I've been there, litteraly the other day.

Progress feels great.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

I agree but all these situations are "complicated" because
someone is to scared to do something and/or is attached to the girl

You can either make what you want happen or you can just say **** it and leave.

Yes,that's why we are here.To do something about it.Even if you fail with a girl, you actually succeed, because of the experience you got.

Win-win
