I live in america,in a area where they are strict about rape last week in our neighborhood some 12 year girl was raped by two 16 year old boys.They got caught, but the police and neighborhood wacth are now really enforcing the law.

Well since you didn't actually f*ck her, then I don't think it counts as rape.

But the fact that you forced your self on her, touched her up and even slapped her hand (LOL) could count as Indecent Assault in the UK and people go to jail for that stuff.

man now a days their starting to rape or accusation of rape very seriously but since their is no physical evidence of rape you might be ok i don't know
