with some people at my moms work. Its just a night club and restaurant. I was wondering how should I approach girls and get their number? What is a good pickup line. SHould I just buy drinks for girls/

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

You're asking about how to do a "cold approach" - this has been brought up hundreds of times. Since deleting it last time didn't seem to enlighten you as to what was going on, thread closed this time around instead.
