"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Ignoring a lady to make her want you more

Firstly there's this girl in uni whom I've been chatting and bantering with. We have chemistry, and I get this positive vibe off her, but I think she may be playing hard to get. For example

Me: I'll be going on a trip next week so you probably won't seem me for a while...
Her: Why should I care.

Now I don't see her that often, perhaps once or even twice a week if lucky. I saw her for the second time this week in the library but decided to just ignore her and not even acknowledge her presence. She eventually left the library, while I sat there on the computer looking busy. Will this go in for my favour, giving an image that I'm a busy guy with business to do, and not going to mess about chatting her up every time.

Secondly, as a man I understand that the man does have to make the move if he likes someone. But, does that mean he will initiate every single conversation he has with the woman? Wouldn't that go against the man's favour? Should the man at some point wait for the woman to initiate conversation?

Cheers

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

You may be mistaking hard to get with impossible to get.

she pretty much told you she doesnt want you in that sentence its pretty clear.
that plus ignoring you existed at the library.

I think you have no plates and you're going all AFC, reading signals and chemistry that just aren't there.

NEXT.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Girls do not play hard to get. As a general rule.

Yes, ignoring a woman may make you look less needy, which is a good thing. But I do not think it matters in this case since it seems like she has a low interest level (IL).

It doesn't take a whole lot of interaction with a woman to gauge her IL. If during your interaction(s) with her she gives you indicators of interest (IOIs), then go ahead and ask her out. If she doesn't give you IOIs, then she's not interested, and you should leave her alone (or you should prepare to be rejected if you decide to ask her out anyway).
