in my experiences once a woman's interested in me she will make virtually 100% of the effort to initate contact

Low interest... move on. Although highly unlikely, it is possible that your text got lost in the mountain of text messages she's been getting through the day. She might have overlooked it... in cases like this, she will eventually reach out to you with some kind of apology... when she does... go ahead and ask her out again if she doesn't counter on the spot. If she answers with anything other than a 'yes' or a legitimate counter-offer because of other plans she might have. Then you need to let this one go and keep on fishing.

DO NOT keep texting her. ASSUME she got your message and she is intentionally ignoring it, when this happens you ignore back. This is just like if you called a woman and asked her out and instead of saying yes or no she just hung up on you... are you going to call her back after such disrespect? No, you are going to be surprised, laugh it off and forget about it. DO NOT get mad... anger is unproductive, and gets you nowhere.

Here's what she sent me last night. I thought it was funny, but can any of you think of a reply that would be in my favor. I'm not going to setup date more then 4-5 days in advance.

As a general rule, you should reach out at least one more time. I sometimes miss text messages or forget to respond when I get busy.

Remember that attractive women live in a different reality than most of us. They are constantly bombarded with attention from girlfriends and thirsty faggots pretty much around the clock.
