"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

who knows
ive started meeting a girl regularly (every other day pretty much). she's even introduced me to her family when she invited me over once. problem is we're good friends. i think she definitely might be into me and im into her. thing is, if i take a chance and kiss her, i could lose a lot (not just my friendship with her but also my reputation altogether). so is there any test i could pull on her to see what she truly thinks of me and see if she would let me kiss her?

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

erm...how could you lose your reputation by growing a pair and making a move? If anything, her girlfriends will be s******ing about you behind your back if you DON'T make a move.

and so the hell what if the relationship goes to crap? she's not the only girl and you won't be missing anything at all dude, really. if you want to "be" with her and you're not, then why screw it all up with emotions and feelings and all that.

a true friend (even though this sounds funny) would try to see if his feelings would go anywhere and not weird out the friendship afterwards if she rejected him. At least that's the feeling I get when girls are fed up of guys pretending to be their friends only in the end to have wanted sex.

I'd honestly just get to know each other and try to take it somewhere, if it don't go anywhere then what comes next is up to you.

but really never put importance on a new friendship or even a long one. I find sometimes the other person won't even give a crap cuz my ex friend was being stupid and threw away a good friendship.

so it's your choice mate, but i'd suggest just not feeling guilty if you are and just try going for it. don't do it all cheesy and nervous like, just know that it's not the end of the world if she goes "whoa, what are you doing?" Cuz i find girls won't tell you anything until you make the move. They'll usually not tell you to make the move either, so keep that in mind. It's all about having the balls to take a chance.

good luck
