“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

is it then okay to start working that muscle again? My chest day was last wednesday, but on Friday going into saturday, I was still sore, but am not anymore. Does that mean my chest muscles have now repaired and I can go ahead and do some sets of pushups for a maintenance between wednesdays?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Soreness is a poor indicator of how well you worked or if you are repaired.
After training the same for some time you will not get sore at all.

Wasn't it you I gave the two day to? If so don't mess about with it.

As Wolf says, muscle soreness isn't all that is going on. If you don't feel it is working you hard enough or the intensity isn't quite there add in another set on your main move(s).

You shouldn't need to do any sort of maintenance between chest days if you have a normal lifting schedule..

it takes 6-12 days for the muscle to 'fully' recover, and about 14 days before you might notice a loss in strength.. it wouldn't even be genuine muscle that you're losing in that time either, it would just be a decrease in sensetivity in the neuro pathways... thats why a particular weight might seem heavier than it should.

So no, don't do pushups, and stick to the workout.

From my and other's experience, if you get DOMS then you can be sure that you had a good workout the day before and vice versa if you had a good workout and you know that given bodypart is susceptible to DOMS then it's highly likely you'll get some. But on the other hand if you don't get DOMS, it doesn't mean you had a bad workout, especially if that given bodypart is not susceptible to DOMS.

For example, for most people if they have a heavy quad session they'll get DOMS in them the day after, even 2. As for shoulders, never had DOMS there and most people I know haven't either. As for the other bodyparts, sometimes but usually after a routine change or a few days break.

If you have a chest day and get DOMS lasting 2 days, it does not mean you are doing wise to batter it again on the 3rd day. Eventually you will overtrain the muscle and regress on your lifts. It also kills energy needed to train other groups. Again, stick to the template, that way everything is trained properly. You don't see people posting threads asking if they can squat again and again haha.

I disagree with EVERYTHING you said. But then again I don't make rookie mistakes like having the same routine for more than a week.

It isn't really a "rookie" mistake, beginners don't need to change things every week.

how is it a routine if it's never the same?

i mean.. uh.. it's a.. well.. routine.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Only time I get sore is coming back from a layoff or when I don't eat enough.

I routinely train chest, back, legs, shoulders, etc..but the order of days, exercises and reps are always different.

beginners don't need to change things every week.
true..but eventually there going to have to get this point, nothing wrong with getting a rookie there now.

I wish I had the genetics of some of you on this thread. Most every workout leaves me sore for 2 days or more.
The only exercises I never feel is rowing.

Are you joking about the genetics? You're smashing your body so it's sore every workout. No way in the world my body would handle that. I bet you can train to failure on every set as well.

???? why wouldn't you be able to handle that ? why do you think I'm joking about genetics ?

I bet you can train to failure on every set as well.
why would anyone want to do that ??? there is such a thing as warms ups and rep ranges. Sometimes you might be able to lift heavy sometimes even heavier...some days not as heavy, and you can lift to failure on all of those days if you made that choice, but what does lifting to failure have to do with soreness ??

..what is the point your trying to make with that comment ?

I wouldn't be able to handle it because that's the way I'm built. Overtraining has always been a problem for me.

I know there is such a thing as warm-ups. It's just that all the guys with good genetics seem to progress when training to failure and beyond. They judge their workout by the pump and how sore they get the next day. And they grow from it.
