If you had a year (and a bit) to do anything you wanted, what would you do? I'm in that situation probably (by choice) as I want to take a gap year between school and uni for a couple of reasons, such as wanting a break before embarking on five years studying for medicine, wanting to broaden my middle class middle of the road mind and see the world, and to mature a bit as I hhave always been one of the youngest in my year and do look young.
Financially I'm not in the situation where I need to raise money to pay for uni but the year does need to not lose me any money and any money raised would be nice.
I'm not stuck for ideas, there are endless possibilities (although not endless money), but I'm wondering what other people would do (I will be 18 btw) if they had a similar opportunity.
Has anyone done a gap year and if so what did you do and what did you get out of it?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I'd actually like to be in one of those iron man competitions I saw on tv a while ago where people ran this marathon.

Thats got to be the ultimate test of mental and physical endurance plus you get to be on tv and potentially inspire a huge amount of people if you make it past the finish line.

I'd imagine it'd take a year to train for one of those and I'd so love to do this.

Bike, run, ski, shoot photography. Basically I'd do in great abundance the things I can do now, but not as much as I would if I weren't in University.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

When I was 19 I lived in Ireland for a year. One of the best things I've ever done.

I highly recommend going and living in another country if you can.

^^^ Did you get a job? Did you have money beforehand? Give us some details, lad! :)

I want to move overseas for a bit, but hear that it is next to impossible for americans. you can't get a work visa, so you have to work under the table... which intimidates me a tad bit.
