"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

I've been in this spot many times. When you think things are hopeless, you're tired, semi-depressed, and you just want to stay home all day and play video games.

Start setting short term goals for yourself! I mean really short term. Like, I'm going to do 5 push ups (or 10 or however many you think you can do). The key is to just accomplish one goal that you know would help you. An easy goal.

After you do your pushups or situps, then what. Immediately follow up with another short goal.

Get momentum! It takes momentum to get into a rut. First you get lazy, then you think about it some more. Then you decide, ok I'll play super mario bros for an hour. Then you put other things off. Then you stay that way for hours or days or weeks. It was momentum going the wrong way for you. Reverse it!

Besides the actual benefit of the goal (i.e. gaining strength), the real benefit is sticking to your word when you do something.

Lets say you start with some exercise. Then you pick something else, "I'm going to wash my car myself". I'll add some great music as I do it. After that, I'll read one chapter in a poker book to help improve my game (or whatever the case may be).

Challenge yourself. See how many positive short term goals you can do in a day (not even relating to women). I've found that setting short term goals helps you get in a new frame of mind and it creates a new habit for you. It's helped me out alot compared to where I was. Start small and get momentum.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

This is a good tip -

It reminds me of something I learned in one of my psych classes in college.

We learned about typical suicide notes that were left - and how often police could tell if a suicide note was fake or not -

turns out usually the fake ones would usually talk about how people couldn't deal with the large stresses in their lives -(example work, school, family responsibilties, etc). ex "I just can't take the stress from work anymore...."

whereas real suicide notes are usually very strange sounding and focus on small unimportant details, ex "Don't forget to take the laundry out of the dryer..."

This kind of goes with your momentum theory. Basically people deteriorate mentally and emotionally to the point where even the simplest of tasks become overwhelming to them.

So if you have some negative momentum working against you, concentrate on small goals and slowly turn things around one task at a time.

Very good tip.... never give up on yourself. Believe that every dog has it's day, and God willing, you will.... just keep the faith, and never give up.
