"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

So this girl at work got dumped recently, she was always talking to me about how all these guys compliment her, and how yher boyfriend did sexual stuff with her. Now this looks like to me that she's trying to show me some social proof.

So she gets dumped, she's telling me how bad she wants a boyfriend again, how much she hates her ex and how much she wants to be kissed again. She's alays talking to me about sexual stuff, so right there she's comfortable.

We plan to hang out on a day and she ends up cancelling at the last minute. She had a good excuse, but there's really no telling if it was the truth or not.

She asked if we could chill next week, I said sure. I figured I wouldnt talk to her very often or suggest that we chill untill she brings it up or initiates something.

I'm still a rAFC trying to learn more stuff. I need to know what the F*ck she's teasin me so much for.

Any tips?

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Pay attention to what she DOES, not what she SAYS.
Even though I am not into one line posts this post is golden. This is how I judge my woman. Everyone should judge girls this way.

When your with a girl always look at how she makes you feel and not the things she says to you. The things she does.

Tips to show a girl has a high interest level in you.
1. doesn't cancel plans
2. Returns you phone calls pronto.
3. Initiates sex.
4. Would rather be with you than with her friends.
5. She is happy just being with you. Don't have to go on a date with her.

If she does the opposite of the 5 things above than she has a low interest level in you and nothing will come out of this relationship.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Your sig text is too big. If we all did that, then it defeats the purpose. Tone it down. It's the DIFFERENCE in emphasis that attracts people. What is the first thing you notice about my signature? Exactly, and done with what, +2 font?
