Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

Keep your calories up, and don't jog in the morning before you eat, and you will be fine.

From what your wanting, yes just keep your calories up and in the form of proteins and carbs.
You will burn carbs running and burn protein building the muscle.

I'm 16, 5'11" and weigh 180lbs, I used to have running in my routine. It is good for cutting.

Keep it short and the intensity level as high as possible.

I know you don't like doing sprints but they are anaerobic, as in not using the glycogen in your muscles for energy. I am in the Army and we run a lot. At one point I was running about 20 miles a week and still trying to add mass in the gym. It's hard but definitely possible.

Good Luck!
