Ok guys, I don't know if I'm asking a really stupid question but here goes:

Why do guys always want to have sex one more time before they break up?

Is it just because we like sex that much and want one more before it ends, or is there some alterior motive behind it, like we want to prove our manhood one more time or something else?

Almost everything about a breakup (including the pain) has more to do with a blow to the ego, rather than unsatisfied lust.

I mean, if you're having a rough time dealing with a breakup, does beating off really help? Case Closed.

I'm inclined to think evolutionary biology is to blame; your subconscious wants to take one more opportunity to attempt to fertilize her even if you logically know that the attempt will not work (condom, Birth control, etc).
