"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

105 cal
3.5g total fat
2g sat fat
11g sugar

i mean, this isn't really that bad is it? i used to think that icecream was like the devil, but it's not too bad...right?

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

oh hey and 1 more question:

is peanut butter good or bad for you? cause it seems like to me that it's a fatty food, but it's just crushed peanuts, so ...

Yea, that's the problem. Most serving sizes listed on foods are very small portions. I think they get Paris Hilton to do the servings haha

I decided to have an "Eat Stupid" week starting last saturday (I've been cutting). Along with two tuna hoagies, god only knows how much pizza, and a half gallon of strawberry milk, I ate a half gallon of peanut butter ripple chocolate icecream this week. I gained 4 lbs by thurday morning.

Needless to say, I cut "Eat Stupid" week short by a couple days.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

peanut butter has phytoestrogens in it (being a legume and not a nut) so better choices would be almond, hazelnut, walnut butters etc.. but I love peanut butter so it's staying. lol

Metabolism is a terrible thing to lose :(

Mmm... peanut butter. I love Skippy's natural PB. You don't have to stir it. Good ****.

I'm not too concerned with the weight gain. I aleady dropped 1.5 lbs since last weigh in. Probably drop it all and then some by monday morning. I just had a real bad case of the munchies this week. Had to do it.

You don't have to mix it because they use palm oil rather than peanut oil. Plus there's some sugar (real sugar), but whatever. It tastes better than any other I've tried, and no trans-fat. I'm not gonna complain.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

It's just a day to let loose and pig out. A lot of people give themselves a day like that as an incentive/reward for eating a structured diet the other 6 days of the week.

eating peanutbutter will give you cancer.

only PB from dry areas (ie. Arizona) are safe and do not contain aflatoxin.

yeah I think I will incorporate a cheat day into my week. actually I think it'll be a CHEAT MEAL per week

not sure what aflatoxin is but you should be worried about the hydrogenated oil thats in it.

Yes the hydrogenated oil is bad as well. Anything that does not seem like it occurs naturally in nature is not great....natural stuff is good. That's why fruit, fish, yams, etc. are good because you eat them like our ancestors probably woulda ate them except now we can clean them better and cook them better.

Well, you got a lowfat ice cream there. The thing is if you look at Edy's ice cream or something like that it will say 14 servings, but I eat them in 3 or 4 servings. The lowfat is usually 4.5g so you gotta times that by about 3 lol. I mean if you have the metabolism you can handle it every once in a while, but don't make it a part of your diet.
