Thanks for posting this! I've been trying hard to find this documentary for a while.

I'm currently bulking for a show later this year, and man, sometimes its tough to stay consistent with all the other things in life. I'm a little worried about the dieting phase... but I'll cross that bridge when I get there.

Bodybuilding is an expensive and brutal "hobby", but at this point in my life, its the only way I can take my physique to the next level.

the "expertise" wasnt really all that

he showed him proper form
gave him a typical split
drew up a basic diet focusing on calorie reduction

all of those things can be easily be done!

now, finding the will-power to consume 1300 calories is really tough
