"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hello DJ's and practitioners of the Game(and this site).
I'm in my early 20's and I'm dead set on becoming better with women and becoming more of a social guy that people look to and want to talk with. Unfortunately, those things are not happening now and they won't overnight.

I'm probably not wired to be the dominant guy that gets to bang a lot of women, but that is who I want to be. I'll give you a little background from here.

I tried to get better with women before and it just raised my anxiety, killed my nerves, and I didn't get much better, and I rarely had fun chasing women. I'd almost always get rejected, and if not that, the girls who gave me their number made some excuse not to meet up(I know what that means)

I'm an easy-going guy but I have problems being overly nice and letting things slide. For girls, this means that I want to tease them about something, but I don't want to risk being a prick and saying something stupid. So it enda up being nice and cordial talk that may get me a phone number, but rarely anything else. I wouldn't say anything if they started texting while talking with me. It doesn't work! So my true personality, which is funny and a little abrasive, never really comes out.

I don't feel comfortable letting a girl know that I'm hitting on her. I'll talk to them, and I'm working on getting over the fear of talking to them, but I'm clueless about what to say, and I'll just say random stuff that tends to go nowhere, and I don't feel comfortable hitting on them anyways, so the conversation dies. Approaching a girl makes me so nervous, it gives me this cold feeling and I hesitate a lot before doing it. And I've been rejected so many times, I feel like why would this change if it keeps happening?

I do have my hobbies and things I do and work hard on. Playing guitar, learning languages, and working out are a couple of them.

That said, what should I do to get over my problems and finally get good with women and be a dominant social person men look to?

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
