I think this Lady might have a point.

She definitely thinks like a dude and approaches dating the same way,

I like her take on developing trust and cultivating a natural relationship by just living your life.

But the thing is lots of dudes are anti social hermits who'd rather stick to themselves.

Those dudes shouldn't be dating. Dating is about becoming intimate with other human beings.

A tangent point here but, her latest video is 48 minutes long, 58,000 have watched it, and the her topics are generally about relationships and dating.

Who the hell watches this stuff?

I know, I know, but @Clockwerk50 doesn't think you should have. I think apologies are in order.
How does the saying goes Mr. Amsterdam? When you ‘assume’ you make an ass of ‘u’ and…

lol I’m just being an ass. I’m curious about the demographic because stereotypically, men tend to prefer different YouTube content than watching a woman talk for 48 minutes about her dating life. Subjectively, it may be categorized as “gossip” you could say.

Women were born to be social media "curators"

I have a piece of advice from the vending machine veteran

Not really. Too obvious

If you know that, then why do you make assumptions here that I was talking to you? I was quoting @Travel memoir21.
I didn’t assume you were talking to me; you weren't. I felt the need to clarify why I asked my question because your assumption was incorrect. If you prefer not to have comments on your posts, it might be better to take it to private messages.

It seems like you might be waking up on the wrong side of the bed lately Mr. Amsterdam. I'm concerned you're getting agitated and grumpy quite quickly and are forgetting how to have some fun.

Now who is making assumptions?

I believe that long form videos like this are what people are replacing normal interactions with normal people with.

Why go out and risk social rejection and exposure when you can pretend to have a conversation with a pretend friend on YouTube?
I suppose you’re right. I wasn’t sure what to make of it, as it seems to have emerged during the pandemic. It’s similar to how some people may have many female acquaintances but don’t have sex because their needs are met elsewhere. These videos might make others feel antisocial and lead them to isolate themselves, even though there are neighbours, coworkers, and people with similar interests nearby to bond with.

I have a list of 299 videos on a playlist on youtube called "watch this rather than approaching any woman inside your work cafeteria (ie to get rejected by them, etc...)".

I have a few rules for those videos:
1) They can't be played if I'm by myself or there are just guys in the cafeteria
2) They can't be played if there are women that are really not attractive enough for me to want to approach
3) They can't be played If a lady has given me a green-light to approach her

Otherwise, if I'm feeling bothered in the cafeteria, then play one of those videos and it will mentally put me out of that place.

The videos themselves range in lenght, but yes, some of them are long videos (ie the cafeteria break itself is 30 minutes).

These days I don't feel as triggered inside the work cafeteria. I'll leave it at that as it pertains to my work life and why watching these videos at work can substitute for talking to real women in the workplace who will likely reject you anyway....so you watch it while they are there so you don't need to talk to them. The times I did open the playlist, the lady(s) in the cafeteria I wanted to approach but felt shy about it, tended to act funny and just leave the cafeteria.
