"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

The 1-7-1, perfectly mesomorphic bodytype is the Alpha male. This article confirms all what I thought...character traits, body shape etc etc...this is what Alpha is.

The thing is, very, very few people are perfectly mesomorphic. Personally, I am an Ectomorphic Mespmorph: tall, thin bones and joints, narrowish chest but some musculature, probably something like 1-3-4.

I also think the bit about personality is very interesting, because, from my real world experiences it seems to be true. I think that by knowing your somatype it may be possible to determine what you need to do in order to become good at PU. Me, conforming closely to the ecto/meso type needs to work on fluff talking abilities, not taking myself to seriously and also I need to build muscle mass, amongst other things. Whereas a more endomorphic person would have to work on assertiveness and fat reduction etc.

I think this is a really interesting article and I urge you all to read it....tell me what you think...I think its likely that different PU methods are better for different types. Like GW method for the more mesomorphic ppl, MM for ectos, Juggler for endos etc....

What do you think?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Temperament is an old idea from the 1800s... a generalization. Anyone can change their body type by going to the gym.
It just takes work.

There's also temperaments based on your personality and body type: Sanguine, Nervous and so on.

Have you ever read Therese Raquin by Zola? It's a study of temperaments, but its not exactly scientific stuff.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I see your logic, but this sort of pseudo-psycho-science stuff really overcomplicates things.

I wouldn't even know if I'm an alpha, beta, omega male or whatever. All I know and care about is that I live by my standards and that serves me well in life.

Somebody called me ando last week...

Here's what it says about endos, and man it fits what I want to be perfectly, minus the eating though[:p]

"Endotonics are relaxed and slow-moving. Their breathing comes from the abdomen and is deep and regular. Their speech is unhurried and their limbs often limp. They like sitting in a well-upholstered chair and relaxing. All their reactions are slow, and this is a reflection on a temperament level of a basal metabolism, pulse, breathing rate and temperature which are all often slower and lower than average. The circulation in their hands and feet tends to be poor. Sheldon calls these people biologically introverted organisms. It is as if all the energy is focused on the abdominal area, leaving less free to be expressed in the limbs and face, and giving the impression of a lack of intensity.

Sheldon felt that biological introversion gave rise to psychological extraversion. Since the bodies of the endotonics are so focused on the central digestive system, they need and crave social stimulation in order to feel complete on the social level. Groups of people, rather than fatiguing them, stimulate them to the proper level of social interaction. The assimilative powers that on the physical level were oriented to food, now on the social level draw them to people.

The endotonics love to socialize their eating, and the sharing of meals becomes an event of the highest importance. They treat guests well. They love company and feel more complete with other people around. They like people simply because they are people. They have a strong desire to be liked and approved of, and this often leads them to be very conventional in their choices in order not to run the risk of social disapproval. The endotonics are open and even with their emotions which seem to flow out of them without any inhibitions. Whether they are happy or sad, they want the people around them to know about it, and if others express emotion they react directly and convincingly in sympathy. When an endotonic has been drinking he becomes even more jovial and radiates an expansive love of people. Endotonics are family-oriented and love babies and young children and have highly developed maternal instincts.

In summary, they love assimilation both on the physical and social level. They love to eat and digest, to be part of their family and community, to like and be liked and to rest and relax. They crave food and affection and abhor isolation and disapproval. They express affection and approval readily and need both back in kind."

I've got to start sharing more meals.

Generalizations like the one you talk about are about as accurate as, say, astrology. Should I go out more when my horoscope says "you will be lucky in love" and avoid getting out of my room when it says "avoid confrontation?"

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
