I started working out, like doing weights and stuff, 2 days ago and i still cant see any gains. What could i be doing wrong?

well this was ment to be a joke, it is april 1st after all. How ever there does not seem to be much response, possibly due to the fact many of you probaly could sense its a joke due tot he fact i often post on in health and fitness
