I started working out, like doing weights and stuff, 2 days ago and i still cant see any gains. What could i be doing wrong?

its takes LONGER than 2 days to see gains.
like weeks.. one month to see a lil gain but u gotta be hard and not slack off thats the hard part

and ur diet.. without ur diet u wont gain much,

watch what u eat.

well this was ment to be a joke, it is april 1st after all. How ever there does not seem to be much response, possibly due to the fact many of you probaly could sense its a joke due tot he fact i often post on in health and fitness :rolleyes:

ON a serious not, i have actualy been workinng out since about august/september 2005, and its going pretty well.
