I started working out at the gym

Woo! I started working out. :D Now i just want to know, what should I do? Like what machines should I use. I have a lot of fat in my upper body, but i probably need to work everything out

Anyway, just a layout of a regular routine would be good if i could get that.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

Brother, the internet is a great resource on doing research on what workouts will work specifically for you.

And usually the best workouts will depend on how you feel is most efficient with you.

If you have a lot of fat in your body, you have to cut first. This gets rid of fat and improves definition. Read Diesel's thread on cutting.

After your cutting cycle, you can start bulking. Forget the machines unless you want strong muscles and weak ligaments... Use free weights and everything will get stronger equally.
