"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

So I saw her yesterday at the local party, we kinda share social circle so I knew that I will see her at some point, I am in Nc since december and was doing pretty decent, I started training, meditation, focusing on college and going out with friends, I didnt check her social media in about month, but when I saw her yesterday I got some weird tension in me, we didnt speak at all, and she felt like stranger, problem is I think like my progress us ruined by ****ty thing and spent rest of the night thinking abouit it and now I am writing here, so yea.. any tips how to give less **** or be less affected by her presence?

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Been there. It's hard I knoww. But have faith in the fact that time heals all. It really does. Stay focused and keep getting better. You'll meet girls that you thought were way above you league but in reality it's just you getting better. When you get there, you can laugh off this small phase that you are going through. Remember to be an alpha my man. That's why we are here

Oh yeah man. Keep her out of sight, out of mind. It's not uncommon to feel that way when seeing an ex. The truth is, they feel the same way. I seen an ex from mid last that f****d me over real good. I still felt the tension. I ended up making out with another chick at the bar and watch her leave flipping me off. Even though I had the perceived "upper hand" I still didn't feel right for days. It will pass man just keep self-improving, but do it for yourself and not for anyone else.

Find something else to do besides sitting alone thinking about her. Go hang out with some buddies, go on a date with someone else... preferably something social.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.
