Late 30s/early 40s is definitely my sweet spot. These chicks hang around a lot longer and are certainly more fun. I will date the occasional chick in their 20s, but that never really lasts very long... To them I am just their older man 'experience', but it is fun watching them when I don't chase them like an idiot. They actually get ticked off, but quickly move on to some fool who will play her games.
Right now I'm regularly dating two, both in their late 30s, and one that I just started seeing that just turned 30. But I have a couple of FWB chicks in their early 40s. The sad truth is that as I get older, it becomes really hard dating multiple chicks. Ten years ago, after my divorce, I was really crushing it. I find it almost impossible to causally date more than a couple at a time... I might look like I'm in my early 40s, but inside I am fully in my 50s.

Women in their 20s are just pains in the @ss. Yea they are hot, but at my age I need more than that. I really do feel sorry for guys in their 20s and early 30s who are trying to date these creatures. Chicks today are a lot different from in the 1980s when when I was younger. The problems you guys face really is difficult.
Good question. I meet most women with non-profit organizations I work with. I do volunteer work with inner city youth development programs focused on education. I have a few businesses I'm involved with, so I'm active in local chamber of commerce and meet chicks at these networking events... but these are hard because you should never mix business with pleasure. I've had a few that really are just interested in using my connections to improve their businesses... and you really have to be careful with some of these chicks who are married or have serious relationships and I've found myself involved with a married chick and didn't know about it. Nothing will fvck you up more than getting mixed up in that kind of sh!t show.
I also practice yoga. I have a friend of mine that is East Indian and had a lot of trouble with chicks... I recommended yoga practice to meet women, and now he is crushing it.... being an Indian or ethnic, you can be a guru, in a yoga practice is actually a plus. White chicks dig this, but you have to get serious with the practice and work on becoming good at it. I've met a number of chicks in yoga practice... the only down side is putting up with all the SJW bvllsh!t that goes along with that. I do it for the exercise, and has really helped me out a lot with wounds... the spiritual stuff in just something I have to tolerate.
What is attractive to me will be different than you. I know lots of dudes that prefer petite tan blond chicks.... I like tall athletic red-heads... this is my weakness. I really don't care so much about her face, but she has to have a fit body.
