I notice when I give myself a month of not chasing women

This is what I mean, an entire month not thinking about a woman, not lusting after a woman (ie drooling over a woman), staying focus on all you need to focus (small things that lead to big things such as cleaning house, cleaning your car, write out a business plan, do some traveling, change your hair style, change your wardrobe, etc.). Chasing and thinking about women takes a ton of energy you guys.

It takes so much energy to the point you can drain yourself out and get frustrated with the games women play.

All women play games, it's just in them and no woman will stay with you forever. That's just the harsh truth, all my long term relationship people know what I mean by this, she is with you but her mind is not with you.

You have to go back to that masculine energy. Spend a month enjoying yourself (and I'm not talking about porn or masturbation either, this can give you a feminine energy after awhile) enjoy the things that you love to do. Try one thing new.

Then once your month is up, return back to the game. Trust me they are not going anywhere fellaz.

Yep, after not being single for about ten years i decided to focus only on myself. Improving myself in every area i can, going to the gym, fixing up my house, buying new clothes, changing my hair style and growing a beard.= Women practically throwing themselves at me. But more importantly my self worth and self esteem has risen sharply! That's something a women hasn't done for me....hmmm ever! Best personal investment i've made in a long time if not ever.

Exactly and the thing about it is that month fly by fast. Yes it times where you look out for others, but most of this journey we call life is about improving and fixing ourselves, making time out for ourselves, loving ourselves.

Agreed, I chose the latter. My change isn't going to be temporary the perks are just to great and I see the light. I'm going on only 3 weeks and I already feel completely different about myself. Hell just today I had to turn down my hb8 dtf regular that was supposed to come over to my house for some fun because I have homework and the gym to hit up. The more I love myself and give myself attention and care the happier I am. It's a great revelation.

I think you have to do this at least a couple of times in a year or those life chores just pile up. and look maybe I'm a soft **** but I find plating for too long erodes me. the ones I'm keen on never pan out and I have to dump the others. and of course I am red pill I know the chicks would do it to you in a heartbeat with a happy smile on their face but I'm just not wired that way

Every next step up the staircase requires extra work. You may not have the energy to do both. Once you get up that step, you can rest a bit until you are ready for the next sustained effort to go higher. In the down time, you can chase skirts. rinse and repeat until you have reached your goal
