I need your advice with this girl

This year i'm in a new school, much larger than my last one and I've been doing some good work, becoming popular etc...
Last thursday this girl from my school (i have never talked to her) she's not from my class, asked to follow me on instagram and i followed back, then she liked my last pic and i liked one of her back and after that she liked other two pics.
She is obviously insterested i guess.
My question is should i start a conversation with her on instagram or should i first talk to her in person?
She's pretty hot btw

Honestly, you can do about anything as this chick is interested in you. Heck you can open like that - Hey, I am blah. I really loved that pic of yours. And take on from there. Get to know her
