"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

we are in same class with this girl. i really like her very much. and we have 10 classes together everyday. also we're good friends too. she shows big signs of interest to me. she laughs at all my jokes. she smiles when i'm talking to her or someone else. we always have direct eye contact, and we always smile at each other while talking. and i catched her staring at me at lessons several times. i'm a popular and a very ****y&funny guy at school also everyone loves me. i have many friends. i mean my social status is good. what happened is this, she's a boarder student and few days ago they had a trip. i made one of my friends talk to her about me. and yesterday i asked what happened on the trip. my friend said that she talked to her and what she said was i'm a nice guy she likes me as a friend but she wouldn't go out with me, she hadn't think of me as her boyfriend. i was shocked when i heard this because she showed great signs of interest. should i go for it and ask her out on christmas?? waiting for your advices. thanks a lot :)

ok, lets get this party started....

She is in 10 of your classes and you still want to date her? i wouldnt date a girl that i saw this frequent because the chances of breakup are greater due to seeing her every second. Plus I would get busted flirting with other girls in every class.

You should steer away from having anyone "talk" to someone for you. With the way that the girl responded i bet the conversation went like this...

Friend:So would you ever go out with micon?

Her:<wtf?>uhhh, never really thought about....hes cool but i never thought about him like that.

She was probably uncomfortable with your friend asking her those questions, this isnt junior high man....just ask her yourself, girls actually like that better (trust me);)

What i would do, is forget completely what this girl has said and ask her for her number one day, its the only way youll know for sure...you miss 100% of the shots you dont take.

the friend zone. Classic.
Well read this quote and then realize your mistake.
"It's like D-day you're gone before even hitting the water."
In other words a friend you be a friend she sees.
Sorry man

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
