No sex yet, no exclusivity. You own her no explanation. Proceed (shamelessly) in regular communication like absolutely nothing happened. If she keeps on, you walk away (in silence).

Remember, many problems with women deal with them and their insecurities. Never shapeshift on their emotional whims. She will either play into your frame or lose you. Simple.

I would also encourage you to train yourself to walk away from women out of default. This is the single most powerful leverage you have in any rapport: your time and your attention.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

Thing is, we have had sex once. But from that point on, it has been almost impossible to have a normal meeting and chat with her, let alone have sex. Like, the moment some attraction starts to rebuild...she ****s it up with some stupid ****. I think I need to work on my ability of sending people away. Like, there is something in me that stops me from doing that, I feel guilty or like I am hurting them or something. Unless they do some horrible thing, I feel kind of guilty of leaving them.

You will have more women pursuing you on your terms when they see you're no chump. Only chumps grasp at straws.

The win is not keeping the woman. The win is keeping frame. Once, she tests and feels your boundaries (of walking away) are weak, the frame is dead.
