"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I will start the story from the begging.

So there was a girl, which was very into me, I wasn't much into her at the begging (It was a bit problematic, as she was an intern at my workplace).
Because of that I kinda resisted her, that made her more into me.

Anyway I finally surrendered to her after some days, for some time it was kinda passionate, about 3 weeks, then we couldn't see each other for more than a week.
I kinda went from the DJ mode in the begging, to the AFC mode, as I had to communicate with her (phone, snapchat), because I kinda felt things were going down (They probably wouldn't go, if I wouldn't push that much...)
Thinking back to the past events I realize that, if I would ignore her more, and not be always available to her, things would probably take a different turn.

As I felt kinda ****ty about the whole situation, and blamed myself for the situation, I had to talk to her.
Was so desperate that I invited her out, as she didn't/couldn't go, I had to call her in the evening ...

Over the phone I was talking about random stuff with her, then somehow transitioned to the relationship thing(which I really shouldn't), maybe I even scared her.
As she put it she feels we are more friends (Only after the call I figured she was maybe only for the action, or still is ...)
I proposed to her that we could start from the begging as, we both made some mistakes (The true AFC awakened in me), which she didn't like much.
Now we are kinda just friends ...
I kinda feel I made her tell me the LJBF line ...

The "breakup" was a week ago, I was trying to not contact her, but she is keeping sending me snaps (many of the are selfies, nice ones), and even some random stuff on fb messenger (no calls).
I feel she is seeking attention through this contacting. A bit of ignoring led her to send me more snaps/messages, but I wasn't strong enough to ignore her even more ...

At the begging I didn't feel much about it, but now it is getting to me ...

I am kinda confused, I feel kinda responsible for the breakup, at the begging I was like a DJ, then I became a true AFC, which had to call and contact her regularly ...

What do you say sosuave, how should I proceed?

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

The only way you can. Delete her messages and move on. Learn from it and don't repeat the same mistakes next time.

"well, you can get on your fvcking knees and put your ass in the air is what YOU can do"
