"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Have you ever tried falling in love with your best friend? If yes, you will understand me. This woman and I have been best friends for more than two decades. Can you imagine that? We have been together all our lives. I realized I have fallen in love with her when we were out of the country for a Ukraine ski trip. That trip was a birthday surprise for her. Years ago, I knew I had feelings for her but I tried to ignore that because of our friendship. But after the said trip, I can’t take it any longer. I told her about how I feel last night and she felt betrayed. I tried to explain but she walked away. She won’t answer my calls and her girl friends won’t tell me where she is. What should I do now? Am I wrong for telling her that I fell in love with her?

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

You proved what I have always know, guy's can never be friends with girls they have any attraction too . She saw you as a friend only and that you spend all this time pretending to be her friend and you betrayed that. If you where a real friend you should of told her at the first sign of it and tell her you can't be friends any more. If she loved you she would of came after you.

It's your own fault. You pretended to only want to be friends for 2 decades and now she feels like you are a liar and untrustworthy. It also makes you look like an unbelievably big wimp in her eyes that it took you 20 years to say something.

But you have been watching too many movies...you should have DONE something not talked to her about it.

Honestly dude never act beta like this again. What the hell would you have a girl-friend for ?

Yeah i know some people can actually stay friends with a girl but really in the long term it causes what you are experiencing.

It doesn't provide any benefits apart from meeting her girlfriends which you can hook up with and most probably she would have been jealous if she saw you with some other girl in the long term so anyway it would have backfired.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I've had many close female friends over the years and I enjoy the company of women. But you must mentally place them in the same camp as your male friends. I have hooked up with some of those women, usually we get drunk and they "want to see just once". But it's always been when I've been talking about other women I've been hooking up with. One of them I ended up dating for a bit but it didn't work out well. But you should never be friends with a woman and expect anything. You should have been out dating other women.

I’ve seen this ‘Ukraine Ski Trip’ post elsewhere. Like 2-3 weeks ago.

I’d put money on that this is a troll post.

Probably is a troll post and if it's not it's the result of watching too many disney movies and **** where the nerdy friend "confesses" and they fall in love and live happily ever after.

In real life, while it might not happen right away, interest if it is there will be apparent between two people.

I know I am at fault because I didn't tell her right away how I truly feel about her. Thanks for reminding me that.

Alright! I'll keep that in mind. Thanks!

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Dude. Life is about different people coming in and out of your life. My advice damage is done cut your loses and move on. The funny thing is don't be fooled these are the type of women to resurface and I'm not saying this as a positive thing. I'm stating years later after she hit the wall. You can get a phone call, an email or a text but it's your job to ignore these. You have to show her you are the prize. The reason she rejected you is that you told your true feelings. Women never want to be told the truth regardless of what they say. That was your mistake. Learn from it but don't look at it as a friendship because generally speaking men and women cannot be friends. They can be acquaintances but that's about it.

This is a troll post. But we can all learn from this, even if it's just made up. If you want a chick that does not want you, you are just torturing yourself by hanging around her. If you hang around a chick, pretending to be 'her friend', hoping sh!t turns around... you are nothing but a fvcking liar. You are lying to yourself and to her. If a chick makes it clear through her actions that you are just a friend to her, and you want more.... tell her you can't do that.... that you have enough friends, and you are not going to pretend being friends is okay and why in the world would she want to hang around with a fvcking liar. Then tell her if she is interested dating and sex to reach out to you... then walk away and move onto other chicks. She will either never contact you again (most likely), but she will respect you. In a very few cases, she'll reach out to you maybe months later, and if you are still interested, make a date.... take it from there.

Is it? It was literally my "game" in my teens. I was raised by a single mom and thought romance and worship was the way to a woman's heart. Treat them like a princess! Be their friend first! When I first started learning about game I actually talked to a bunch of women, something I still do, about the material. I could not believe how wrong this trope is, yet it's still fairly pervasive in society. Women are actually honest about this stuff when you're friends with them. Some of their answers I was like.. whhhaaaaaat? Mind blown. Now it's like, no duhhh, but yeah.

Women don't want a wimpy friend. They do want a friend, but they want a sexual, masculine friend. You do not want to be one of the girls. I cringe thinking back to some of my past, good lord.

Women decide from day 1 by your actions and leadership what you are going to be in the relationship. Once you say yes to friendzone, you give her all the power in the relationship. She might as well put a leash on you and say sit boy.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

All women are manipulative as f*cking hell.
Being friends with them without getting any punani automatically puts you at a disadvantage.
You're known to her as the dumb guy she can use for nonsexual different reasons.

Post is probably BS. I agree. But for humour sake if this is actually happening then the girl is a cvnt. If he was friends with her that long and opens up about his feelings (never do that again) and she said he betrayed her, then he was not her friend. He was some annoyance to her that she didnt want to hang out with anymore and she used this as the excuse to sever the frienship and blame him.

Well damn... That's mostly true. There are some true woman friends though that do things for you but I get it.

Bingo. When she needed her curtains hung, furniture moved, and appartment painted, she would call op. When all that stuff was done, he became annoying, and she would call Chad.

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
