"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

I have been told this two times in the last couple of years in total, but I am slightly wondering, how can some people be so stupid and say they like your work, but not you? Your work is you! In this case, I am a photographer. My work, in most cases, represents how I am feeling and what I am thinking. It is like I am taking a piece of myself and putting into a pic.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Because they like your work, (the pictures you take) and not you. It's not really complicated.

I like plenty of artists but I avoid listening to them speak. Most are left-tarded idiots. But since I am an adult, and can think rationally (at least some of the time) I am capable of separating out the PRODUCT they produce through their art (music, acting, directing etc.) without needing to simultaneously appreciated the opinions of the brain dead lefttard who produced it.

Do you need to appreciate the emotions of the chef who cooked your food, or are you capable of enjoying the food separate from his masturbation fantasies he enjoys when he goes home?

Are you capable of enjoying the performance and skill of athletes without needing to agree on their opinions on immigration?

@taiyuu_otoko I feel where you're coming from, but with photography, it's a bit different. Almost all of what you mentioned is a bit more complicated than photography. A song has a the lead singer, the composer, the lyrics write, sometimes even other guys, in most cases a remixer, it's never from one person so it's almost never the full sentiments of one person. Cooking is not an art (in my books). Acting is you playing what someone else wrote and directed, etc. Photography, on the other hand, is completely my work. I had the idea, I shot it, I retouched it.

@sazc she meant it in a way that she doesn't like me LOL but likes my work. And my work is never just "work" cause it;s mostly artistic photography and it is tightly connected to who I am as a person and how I see a lot of things (not talking here about political opinions and all that).

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Maybe your personality?

Spoken like an artist.

Sorry, your work is différent from your personality in many ways... think: Commercial artist.

The guys who produce sellable stuff or do what clients want.

She likes your photography... so your work
She doesnt like you.... look/ personality etc.

When she says that, reply: it means you love me?

We all offering services but yeah sometime the service is more likeable than the person doing it (I am in advise-sells)... but we all want to be serviced by someone we love.

Never take it personnal.

If what I wrote doesnt make too much sensé.. here à simple question: Would any of your clients be your friend?

@Masculinity & @Von I went out with this girl a couple of months ago. She's the weirdo type, but still, she was cute and I liked the date. It was not a restaurant date and although I know she's not the type, she had dressed up nicely even though we just hung out somewhere in the center of the city. We stayed there for at least 3 hours, I also took some very nice pics of her in the end. We kept on talking a couple of times more online and I wanted to plan the second date about a week later, but I subtly tested her to see if she will write back and I left her without writing and she didn;t make a peep for 2 weeks. In the meantime, she's either not a very sexual person, or she doesn't feel it with me although I tried to escalate in different cases so put these two together and I dropped it altogether. She kept on liking my work online and I did not notice it except for a couple of days ago where she had worn a type of dress showing her inner boobs a bit, something quite unusual for her. I complimented her on the dress and she was like "you only write to me when you see my tits?" and that was jerkish since it's not even true to begin with, have written to her in different cases about different things.
