Man I am really getting bored of this now, your talking away to me but I know what you are doing, you are trying to pick me up. Here's me trying to have a good time, trying to meet and greet as many people as possible and then there is you, shamelessly flirting with me. And I dont know why all I do is slag you of, 'am I being serious?'(retorical) oh you bet, cant you get the hint. It obvious, everyone can tell that your into me, this friendship thing is not going to work between us, how am I ever going to get you to leave me alone. Hey I might have to kiss you to get you of my back because if I dont you wont go away. She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.
