She doesn't work out and she gained a good 15 pounds.
Sex is still good, but she has that upper arm flab that usually old ladies have. She's only 24...
Anyone felt like this before?

I tried to jog with her, but she won't do it.

It's sad cuz I like her, but then I see fitter girls and my eyes go there.

If shes kind, sweet, adores you and is there when you need her f#ck it bro..

If you are looking for a good ltr looks take a backseat to her character.
Thats 1/3rd of the problem here.. Guys think they need a maxim model to be happy.
But thats just not reality.
Find someone who adores you and if shes a good girl let some of her physical flaws slide..

But if you really want her to lose fat make her do sprints, jogging wont help much

If you want her to lose weight she needs to manage what she stuffs in her pie hole. Drinking and barfood are the worst things to be around when your trying to control weight gain. That arm fat tho its so hard to get rid of. Upper arm looseness is the first thing I look at/feel when checking out a girl. To me it's the number one indicator of future fatness.

Don't try to change her. It won't work. Even if it does; she will slip back into her old habits at some point in the future. If she doesn't already work out and eats ****, she won't change because of you.

It's going to effect her self image. Her view of life will get depressing. Its a downward spiral/vicious cycle.... she not going to be happy, and you are going to have to deal with it. The relationship will suffer! Get out before she turns into a 350lb gorilla!
