“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Has anyone else ever had this happen? I have been getting back into the workout scene the past few weeks and recently I will go pretty hard and not feel to bad the next morning or most of the day. But like today I wake up 2 days later and definetely feel it. Wed. night I did my back routine and no my lats and traps are really sore on Friday but yesterday I only felt it a little. The same thing happened earlier this week after my chest workout 2 days later my pecs were really sore. I just wondered if anyone knew the reason for this.

It is called DOMS (delayed onset muscle sorness) and is the result of microscopic muscle tears. The pain is due to swelling which occurs anywhere from a few hours up to 3 days after the excersize. It is not a bad thing, because after your muscles are repaired, they grow bigger/stronger.

It is quiet common and happens to beginers or if you work yourself very hard/with a larger load. I get it sometimes.

True. Just keep going and If it really hurts that bad, then cut down on the intensity a little. Just until your body gets used to what you are doing, then you can slowly raise it to higher than before.
