"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I do believe today was a relatively AFCish day for me. My girl has been a little distant past couple days, and I feel that I sounded a little too needy. I texted her a couple times, called her once, kept IM'ing her telling her to call me. Yes, out of character for me.

I'm thinking that today, Thursday, I will only talk to her if she contacts me. Possibly ignore her completely just for today. Tomorrow, resume what I was doing before my AFC move, in an attempt to wipe the "clingy day" from rememberance.

If she continues to be distant, then I believe this may call for a Next.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

dont next her to early, Gs will only next you if their interest level gets below 50, so i think right now, her interest rate may have droped, but if you still like her, you can save your relationship by getting her on an very interesting date very very soon to get her interest rate up again.

DO NOT CONTACT HER AGAIN

until you see her again in person...but then you may have given her the confidence that you like her a lot, so if you don't contact her at all, she will come to you soon

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I planned on taking her to this big arcade thing. It's got a buffet, arcade games, bumper cars, go karts, minigolf, minibowling etc.

Tough part is just getting her to forget about the fact that it costs money. I got no problem paying, since I'll be using most of it anyways.

Man just go and have fun. If she's ignoring you and you think something is up, be upfront. Then if your suspicions are confirmed, next her. Don't play this guessing game.

Yeah man, what's a relationship without trust and bond? I'm going to use the advices that others here gave me:

Flirt with other girls, ESPECIALLY in front of her! It'll give you the persona that you're threatening her that you'll move on if she doesn't decide on screwing her head on right and come back to you. I
n addition, if you'd like to, confront her about this, because with my last girl, I just brought what I had in mind that bothered me to her, and after the talk it feels more relieving. DONT get all angry and insecure when you bring up the reasons why she's so distant and everything. Even if she gets angry at you, try your best to be not angry, but be assertive and let her know that you're not taking that bullcrap.

Oh believe me, I'm not getting sucked into the one-itis deal. I flirt, no problem. Thats never been an issue.

I'm just going to give it a couple days. Let her realize that her life is sh*t without me. I plan on going to an arena football game saturday night. Haven't been to a football game in a LONG time. I miss that stuff.

Well I caved in tonight. Too many of my female friends were tossing in their 2 cents. Turns out nothing was 'wrong' but since we won't be seeing eachother very much the next few weeks, she thought it best to take a "break" until she gets her license. I thought that her losing interest would bum me out, but it's a sort of relief. I can now continue to work other girls without wondering why I don't feel guilty, and I now have a challenge to see if I can regain that interest that is seemingly being lost.

She is down for being friends with benefits though, more than enough for me to slip my way back in, unless another girl catches my eye.
