171 Pounds, 6 feet tall, and yes i am cut.
You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.
I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.
Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.
These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

True, but then who wants to be average?ssj4halo said:avg. males bicep/tricep area size is 12 inches. if you are around that, you are fine.
just in case you didnt know, BMI isn't a great way to measure if you are healthy or not for everyone. The exception is for people who have a some amount of muscle. The BMI gives "obese" numbers to these individuals, even though they are 1000x more fit than an obese person.ElGuapo said:It really depends on your bone structure. But your BMI is 23.2, and this is in the healthy range.
A normal range is 18.5-24.9.
Of course, if you are really buff, the formula would overestimate your BMI. Some athletes would be considered overweight, but they are in fact super muscular.
It doesn't seem like you're skinny though.
