“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

However, If you are over 6 feet, shoot for 200+ pounds to be considered buff.

I'm 171, 5'8. 9% bodyfat.

So man, I'd say you are skinny.
But that can be remedied, just hit the weights and the food.

nah. im 6ft and 160 pounds.

At 6ft you should aim for 170-185.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

thats if you are like 5'10ish. A lot of bodybuilders go for 15+ biceps to be considered buff and 14+ for shorter people.

Of course if yours is over 12 that doesn't mean you are buff...it can be all fat. bodybuilders call those "fatceps" biceps that are mostly just fat.

edit: these are unflexed measurements

12 inches around the bicep/tricep? That's nothing, that's what I'm on, up from about 11 inches, and I'm still pretty skinny except for the podgy middle I have thanks to a lack of exercise and overeating since Easter.

Depends on how it's distributed. I'm pretty skinny though I don't look it -
5' 8", 130 pounds.

True, but then who wants to be average?

It really depends on your bone structure. But your BMI is 23.2, and this is in the healthy range.

A normal range is 18.5-24.9.

Of course, if you are really buff, the formula would overestimate your BMI. Some athletes would be considered overweight, but they are in fact super muscular.

It doesn't seem like you're skinny though.

It's close to average average, though fairly thin, but I can't really tell without photos. I'd suggest you start lifting weights 3 times a week, get at least 7 hours of a sleep per night, and eat at least 80g of protein a day if you want to gain some muscle. It'll be well worth it.

just in case you didnt know, BMI isn't a great way to measure if you are healthy or not for everyone. The exception is for people who have a some amount of muscle. The BMI gives "obese" numbers to these individuals, even though they are 1000x more fit than an obese person.

The most reliable way to determine if you are healthy or not is is you use a body fat caliper and determine your body fat %

just felt like throwing it out there...
