A couple days a go i was given 200 "up-downs" by my coach. If you dont know what those are, you start off standing and chopping your feet, you drop flat on the ground and push your self up, and then stand back up and repeat, its almost like doing 200 pushups. My arms, shoulder, chest, back and sides are extremely sore. I literally cant straighten my arm fully, i cant lift my arm to put deodorant, i cant even reach my fork to eat my food and when im standing i walk like a retard because im so tensed up, how can i relieve the pain?

go to a local GNC and get yourself some BCAA, take about 6 to 10 grams daily; usually after you work out. It's NATURAL, and will help speed up the recovery by aiding in protien synthesis. Oh yea, you gotta get protein too.

:crackup: People are so stupid & funny. Drink some protein shakes, stretch and do cardio. Like swimming or walking to speed up the healing process. There's nothing else u can do, but suck it up. :crackup:
