I'm plagued with the "Hank Hill" ass, which is practically none.

I understand that the exercise of choice around here are squats, but I was in a car accident in October and a couple of vertabrae were compressed and one was completely obliterated. This is a case where a bow flex comes in handy, meaning when someone is injured.

Ok, boys. My ass is in your hands (sorry, couldn't resist). Are there any techniques for building up the rear end without putting undue pressure on the spine?

I'm open to any ideas whether they involve exercises, diet, or anything else under the sun. Thanks.

Body weight squats, pistol squats.

Is the damage reparable?

There is not much you can do with an injured back. The nature of the ass muscle is that it is used in exercises that involve your lower back. I don't see how you can get a big ass without doing squats :/ Maybe someone else got an idea.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

In particular, you could try barbell glute bridges, directly working the muscles, but with no downward loading of the spine as such. obviously start light and see how it feels.

repped I was about to post that link to lol. I imagine he can get away with bodyweight work like glute bridges, donkey kicks and stuff of that nature.
