"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

First post. Don't be too hard on this n00b. :)

Throughout all of my life, I have made acquaintances with people (males and females) with effort. However, once I am on a first name basis with that person everything seems to stagnate. We exchange a simple "hi" when we see each other and what not, but I never know how to make the transition from acquaintance to friend. Thus, literally, I have never had a friend before. This includes males (I am unable to develop friendships with them as well) and females.

I would think that an integral building block in eventually developing a romantic relationship with a woman would be to establish an ability to move from a "school acquaintance" to a friend that they have contact with out of school as well. This problem has plagued me for years, and I have no idea how things are supposed to happen so that the "relationship" will become more than just a basic knowledge of their existence. I would like to be able to establish friendships with other people. Lacking a groups of friends, I probably look pathetic and women are most likely only talking to me occasionally because they know that I am socially inept and are taking pity upon me. What do the lot of you think?

"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

Hey man I suggest signing up for my bootcamp at the site in my signature. By 6 weeks you will become an automatic pickup machine at your school.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
