I have a problem

I can't go more than 3-4 hours without eating. The closer it gets to 4 hours or so, the worse I get. It's like I get gas, not the type of gas that makes you fart but it like goes to my head and I get dizzy and nausea, which eventually leads to a migrane and indigestion with the urge to vomit. My eyes get sensitive to light.

When I eat, I eat a good amount of food, maybe more than I should, but the less I eat, the sooner then symptoms start coming on.

Is there a reason why things are like this? I used to be able to live off 2 meals a day, now I feel like I'm about to die if I don't eat before or when the symptoms start.

I usually treat this by taking pepto bismol when I can't get anything to eat. If I take it early then the problems will usually go away or pause for about another hour or so and then resume. If I take it late, then I need to sleep in order to get everything back to normal.
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Do you train? Weight training generally makes me wanna eat more..and I do get cranky if I go a while without eating. Though not how you do, hmm :)

I can't go 3 hours with out eating. Its due to me trying to eat all the time and BJJ+lifting

every now and then. I find that after a real good work out, if I don't eat something right after I'm done, in about 30 minutes I get the symptoms fast and bad. To the point where I feel like I'm going to pass out.

I could understand if it's from working out, but i don't even work out on a regular basis, and I used to be able to last a day on 2 or so meals. If I were stranded on an island, i'm sure that I'd die in a day or so if I have nothing at all to eat. The pain from the migraines are that intense. I hate having them. I have to walk with a bottle of pepto bismol in my pocket at all times.

How old are you and are you overweight? What you are describing is hypoglycemia. Hypoglycemia can be the cause of many diseases/disorders. You need to go to a doctor and tell him your symptoms.

I'm 19 and I guess I'm a little overweight but it doesn't really show. I'm 5'10 and I weight 220lbs. My build looks stocky more than chubby.
