“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I've heard a lot of interesting comments over the years, and I'm convinced almost all of them stem from envy and bitterness:

"I wish I had the time to hit the gym but [INSERT EXCUSE HERE] won't allow it."

"I wish I liked eating tuna and rice and oatmeal."

I usually hear the most amusing comments from sedentary/overweight know-it-all types who "used to" bench 500 pounds.

Haha I get that alot.

I used to bench this much
I used to run this much
I was seriously ripped and in shape

OK.. So what are you doing now? Erm I just don't have the time lol

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I've never met a mirror I didn't like, and, in my opinion, gym owners understand that most people like to look at themselves while training, which is why almost every gym has mirrors.
Looking in the mirror is standard.. Most lifters do it.. I don't see the harm!

Not sure how one can gauge, level of Gym Freak, from the amount of time looked in the mirror.

I've been hitting the gym for years, never noticed anyone over doing it, too busy focused on my workout.

Maybe its different in some areas.

Everything in moderation. I go to the gym religiously, but I don't really discuss it with others unless they specifically ask. "Gym freak" to me means someone who is obsessive about exercise. There is a point where it is too much IMO.
