"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

He's no troll, just a waste of a ****ing life.

Your probally uglier than her retard. That or.. mabye you should ask for her number after you say one sentence.. ever thought of that?

You have to feel it between you two.. asking random girls you see in class for a number.. they are obviously going to joke around like that.

Your a ****ing retard.

6.5???

Why are you wasting time with chicks that aren't even cute. That's like buying a car with bad brakes. Anyway where you effed up at is that you didn't build any rapport. You went immediately for the "close." You should've complimented her drawing style, from there build some rapport then close.

That wasn't a bad rejection. This is a bad rejection.

Rex: Hello? Is Raphonya in?. (I know. Black Chicks and their names)
Rephonya: Speaking. Who's this?
Rex: Rex. What's up? How are you doing?
Rephonya: Fine. Say can you call me back? I'm doing something.
Rex: OK.
I call back five minutes later.
Rex: Hello, is Rephonya in?
Rephonya: she answers I'm sorry, but you have the wrong number.

Another bad rejection was when I was trying to holler at this chick. Every time I called her she was short with me on the phone. Even though I've kicked it at her house a few times. This was a conversation I had with her sister.

Rex: Is Keisha in?
Keisha's Sister: Yes. Who is this?
Rex: Rex.
Keisha's Sister: WHY DO YOU KEEP CALLING HERE?
DON'T YOU KNOW THAT SHE DOESN'T WANT YOU!!!

Those proceeding two are examples of bad rejections. What you experience was par for the course and comes to be expected. Who knows maybe babygirl was actually a dyke.

Dont ask for her name, not so early on, theres no merit in doing so.

I am honestly curious: when did that whole thing get started, and how? Sounds like the names in some low-budget fantasy movie - or maybe I just make that comparison because I'm into fantasy lit.

Hey guys, im new to these forums, but i have a bit of experience with women, though im no pro, but what bvbidd says is WAY true, don't feel bad about rejection cause thats a part of life, but girls may think your a bit creepy when you ask em so directly for their number you will get shut down (most of the time). Take it easy next time

man i wanna build up my guy friendships more to the point where we can laugh over rejection stories. i had a friend who got sent off to military school (crazy dad) and we'd laugh about times we got shut down and it puts it in such a different light, its really great

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

You asked the girl what her name was, and then asked if you could get her number. Why would she want to give you her number? What rapport have you made with her? None whatsoever, its obvious why you got shut down man. This post makes me sad.

I was 19 when this unfortunate incident happened. My Granny was hosting a baby shower for some extended family. My cousin came with this really hot chick. Somehow it got out that I was interested in her, and the next thing I know I'm sitting in the living room with this and the whole baby shower is waiting for me to close. It was extremely uncomfortable for the both of us. I sat there with literally nothing to say. If she had any interest in me, she probably lost it during the course of my "inactivity.

The thing is, if she wasn't interested, why did she give me her phone number? Go figure.

If you got a kick out of that one. Read this, http://www.sosuave.net/forum/showthread.php?t=73178 I did this after knowing better.

Your mistake was trying to get her number without first establishing rapport. When you asked her, you were a complete stranger trying to get her personal information. I dunno about you, but that (even if it was a hb) would creep me out.

Next time try talking to her for a bit longer.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.
