-hey beautiful, I am an interesting man(yes, lame first message).

Surprisingly, hardly any beautiful women on Instagram reply back, this one did.

Which she replied:

"Is the interesting man in the room with us"?

I'm not sure how to read around this reply?
 

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Ignore this, work on better openers if using DMs on social media. Better yet, go out into the real world and do approaches with good openers.

Thats not a good opener to use. Besides being lame and arrogant, it puts you in a position to qualify yourself to her which is never good.

I would have found some interesting pic of hers and teased her/asked a question about it/made a funny comment.
