Ok, so i dont have a social life and im gonn ask her on friday OVER the phone if she has any plans. if she doesnt, then what should i do?

I agree with the Tuesday deal. Chances are, if you call her friday, it's too late. If shes not busy at 7pm on a friday night, then chances are, shes a loner.
Call Tuesday, Wednesdays at the latest. Have something in mind BEFORE you call. This eliminates the akward "What do you wanna do" stuff. If she says shes available, and then you ask if she wants to go (insert plan here) and she either doesnt want to, or says she can't. End the convo there. Just be like, "Alright, thats cool. Well I'm headin up there with a couple buds anyways on Friday. Whenever you change your mind just give me a call" and then say your goodbyes
