You're overthinking things man. Yes, women value men who are in demand by other women. In your case no one can tell you how she will have taken it- she may be unbothered by it or turned off. You'll only know by how she acts when you talk to her.
The whole preselection thing doesn't mean you should go around tongueing every female around a woman that likes you lol. Women appreciate men who are discrete - you want your demeanor & vibe to speak for you. Don't "kiss and tell". Higher quality women CAN be wary of guys that are openly **** boys.
