“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'm running into a weird situation.

I don't have a good relationship with my family. Growing up, I knew they loved me and I could count on them unconditionally. Fast forward a few years after high school and everything becomes a 180. I can't go to any one of them for unconditional help. They've instilled feelings of guilt and inadequacy. It's unhealthy relationships everywhere.

Back in my AFC days, I obviously had no friends. And starting to expand your social circle post-college is much more difficult than in college. So while I'm much better socially, it comes along slowly, in increments.

I've cut off my emotions towards females, mainly because when I was in middle/high school and stupid I was overzealous in that department which led to neediness, clinginess, etc. Even in college, I had a crush on a girl once, we went on one date, she declined a second one, sent me into a depression cycle of more than a year.

If I see an old oneitis I still get feelings of inadequacy.

So now I'm alone in the sense that there's no one out there that I can rely on to give me unconditional love. So yes, I have to love myself unconditionally, but due to things in my past, this has been very difficult for me. But at the same time, I'm realizing now that for some reason I'm incapable of forming lasting bonds with people. I see all these "social butterflies" who easily get into these huge groups on a dime and, even though I act just as social as them, I can never get into these types of groups.

Perhaps the best way to describe me is that yeah, everyone thinks I'm cool, but at graduation no one wants to take a picture with me/sign their yearbook.

But I need to feel less in order to game and not get attached, so it's a catch-22, and I'm not sure what to do.

Hey bro,

Keep your up man. I know how you feel and went through similar phases. My depression lasted much longer. I would do anything to get those years back. What helped me is starting all over from zero. Lost all 'friends', kept links to family limited (calls on holidays) and moved to a different city, got a job and focused on money. I read a lot of books (fiction to science) and worked out like an animal. Learn to live alone and be happy alone. You will eventually bump into people and you can start making friends. Slowly at first (and please be selective) and then had a little circle of friends. For me things took a toll for the worse and lost it all again. Did it all over again. Stay strong. Build frame. Have goals.

Yea, same sh!t pretty much the world over.

Back in the day blah blah, things were different. I was small and cute and they all adored me. Now I'm grown, and they view me differently. Definitely not cute and cuddly.

I've got a perfect solution for you. Accomplish something. Become successful and rich. They'll come around when you are successful and rich.

When you get tired of ****ing around, stop giving a sh!t and the only thing you take seriously is life satisfaction. That's when it all start getting into place, don't resist and use anything at your disposal. Once I hit rock bottom there was only one way left, the hard one. Thought I was going crazy, but giving up was equal to death, so it trumped the fear of going crazy xD

Worked my a$$ off to blow myself open, now it's paying off. I used my imagination and literally mindfvcked myself into thinking everyone loves me, got me a little delusional at first. Now it's finely tuned and fvcking permanent, no fvcking way I'm reverting to AFC.

had something similar happen to me. I seduced a girl who had a bf and the whole time I didn't know he existed. it tore my heart into pieces and caused me to go on a ****ing spree with slutty hot girls, I found myself having trouble forming emotional attachments to girls after that. I almost beat my first round of depression i.e. was coming back to normal then I fell in love with a female Antisocial Personality aka psychopath, who ****ed me worse than I already was. you think its depression related?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I'm starting to think it's possible. Because otherwise it makes no sense to me why I should be feeling like this sometimes. I know I have a family history of depression, so maybe the symptoms manifest themselves in this way sometimes.

Me to man. It's very hard for me to get close to people. Every girlfriend I've had, I noticed somthing. After about a few weeks, its like all my emotion for them dies. Then it comes and goes. Usually i begin to find there presence annoying. People are sh!tty man.

"I feel incapable of forming bonds"

As you think you shall become
- Pook -

Here's a passage from the DJ Bible

Why so many postst about guys who think of themselves as being losers?

Listen up, if you think that you are a loser, what exactly do you expect a girl to sense from you? Women like confident men, not some wimp who doesn't even love himself. If you think like a loser, that's exactly what you'll portray to everyone around you, and believe me; no one wants to be around a loser.

If not even you believe in yourself, how do you expect others to believe in you. Always consider yourself as being the best motherf***er there is at everything that you do.

Who cares if you are ugly; no one is perfect. Just dress nicely, clean yourself, exercise... do whatever you have to do to compensate for it, if you feel like it. If not, just be yourself, go out and talk to as many women as you can, ask for their phone #'s; eventually you'll get what you want after you do some hard work.

Nothing comes easy... "Set your mind to do the best, and your body will do the rest".

Good luck,
terminator
Feel as if you CAN form bonds. Wake up in the morning, and let this be your daily mantra. "I can connect easily with people". Do it was feeling (this is the key). Humans are social beings. There's no reason why you can't form bonds.

Report back in a month and tell me how it goes.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Here's what I see:

Thoughts:
I knew they loved me,
It's unehealthy relationships everywhere (assumption)
I'm alone, there's no one out there that I can rely on to give me unconditional love (assumption)
I'm incapable of forming lasting bonds with people (assumption)

Feelings:
inadequacy, guilt, shame, unworthy,lonely, anxeity

Behaviours:
Avoidance, barrier/social wall as a protective safety

Beliefs:
I am unlikeable, There is something wrong with me, I want to be loved, I am useless, I am alone

Conclusion:
Your beliefs about yourself lead to the assumptions that are projected into your consciousness
which inform the thoughts that you have, which connects to the feelings and subsequent behaviours ie avoidance.

You want to be loved but have now learnt to shut yourself off because you believe there is something wrong with you
and that you are not good enough somehow. This has meant you are now choosing to be alone (see assumptions)
which further fuels feeling lonely. There is a lot more here but I will stop here.

This is pasted on here in response to every problem like crazy. However...i dont disagree. These two things along with proper nutrition will solve many many problems.

Kind of like how proper diet and exercise will either solve or prevent nearly every disease or health problem known to man...these things will help both your body and mind.

I would also add in some type of meditation or yoga or relaxation techniques. Hell even expanding your mind through philosophy, science or religion will help you ground yourself better.

Talk to a psychiatrist and get yourself squared. Bonds can't be formed until you figure out what's causing these issues.

Sounds like you've got depression in some manner or form.

Diet and exercise will help with the issues, but you do need to see someone to discuss why you are having a difficult time connecting with people.

As for what's happened to you I feel for you brother.
The process that you need to go through is understanding that women should be qualifying themselves for you and not the other way around as it is for you currently.

My guess is that you are putting your self-worth in the hands of someone else to decide and that when a woman rejects you you decide you have no value.

Doesn;t mean you need to go the opposite extreme thinking your da bomb and no one is worthy of you, but rather it means listening to your gut when you meet someone and not ignoring the gut feel that this woman isn't right for you or she has x,y,z issues so that you spare yourself the pain of investing time into someone who iis going to waste it.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

The gym helps relieve stress and builds confidence by releasing endorphins
