"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Hi! I've recently started considering career paths.
In my 20s and 30s, I experimented and studied, but I still haven't found my daily life.

However, having worked with lawyers, accountants, notaries, builders, fishermen, merchants, etc., I find their careers truly fascinating and envious, because they've succeeded. Even though their jobs have pros and cons, I know people who've been doing it for 30, 50, or 60 years.
They've always done that one job/profession, and they've become increasingly expert at it. (They're also rich and successful.)

So I asked myself: how did they choose?

Most of them had no choice: they inherited it, or they had to follow their parents' advice.
Others, however, focused on studying "safe" subjects (e.g., lawyers).

In the end, it was easy for them; they were "thrown" into it, while for everyone else, like me, looking for something for life is incredibly impossible.

Your experiences?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I geuss you gotta know what's out there: you've already done that.

Next step is to make a firm decision and stick with it. The best advice I've ever got was to specialize in one specific area so you know absolutely EVERYTHING about it and thus you'll have the opportunity to start your own business or be a one of a kind specialist.

I'd say follow the money on a level that's good enough for you. Yeah, sometimes you study X and up working Y. But times keeps moving on...so don't waste too much time contemplating what to do.

Work will always be somewhat dull ,regardless of your occupation. But tbh I wake up and enjoy what I'm doing every day and I get better and make more money on top of that...

do not be afraid to make a massive change. if it is not working for you its ok to try something completely not related.

look closely at the personality testing. square pegs do not fit into round holes.

make it a priority to manage money. spend less than you earn, always. in this way you are not a slave to a paycheck. only then can you choose.

Did you find it really relevant?

Yes, its well known world wide. Organizations use it for input to personnel development investment choices. I used it in the past for that also. Only later did it become clear that its really useful for relationships and self introspection.

Hi Jhonny,
I grew up respecting Winston Churchill one of whose favourite quotes was..
"If you find a job you love, you'll never work again." Coming from great wealth and opportunity it was easy for him to say...For you?I see you finding your true vocation in some form of teaching.
