"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I will keep this short and sweet.

Met a plate out a month ago while I was out with a buddy. We hit it off. I got her number, we went on a date. We banged on first date. I then over 4 weeks continued to invite her out and bang every date. She is 21 and real cute. Attention span is horrible, stoner chick etc but a real fun lay.

Last hang out/bang we had I found out she JUST got out of a relationship and wasn't looking for anything serious. I agreed I was looking for just fun as well. Two days later made a comment that my land lady who saw her with me said her and I would make great offspring and we look really "hot" together lol. I thought it was funny and she even responded laughing her ass off coming back with jokes about it. Then a few days later when I asked her out to a show...she never responded. I realized telling her what my land lady said 9/10 scared her away. I waited a week and texted "hey whats up" no response.

Was just thinking today since it has been 2 weeks if there is any power play I have here. Reach out and try to get the plate spinning again. I got nudes of this girl that I forgot I had and just started thinking about banging her again. Thoughts?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Aways let women bring up the relationship stuff, it needs to be their idea... even if you joke, it will be taken as a hint. Lesson learned!

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
